Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective September 19, 2026. This policy is for the Olyve app and getolyve.com.
Olyve is operated by Axial Motion (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can access or delete it. It is written to meet Google Play’s User Data policy and Apple’s App Store privacy rules: a public HTML page, not a PDF, available without login.
Who this covers
It covers the Olyve iOS and Android apps, this website, and related support email. Studio pages on axialmotion.com have their own website privacy notice. If you use Olyve, this policy is the one that applies to the app.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information created when you use the service:
- Account. Name, email address, password (stored hashed), and optional phone number when you register or sign in.
- Business records you enter. Client names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers; services and prices; visit schedules; estimates; invoices; payment status; and messages in Inbox.
- Client logins. If you invite a client, we store their email and the membership that links them to your business.
- Device and usage. App version, basic diagnostics, and the IP address used to reach our servers, so we can keep the service running and secure.
- Support. Whatever you send to our support email.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your Olyve data for third-party advertising. We do not collect precise location unless a future feature asks for it and you grant permission — we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To create and authenticate your account.
- To provide the product: clients, calendar, inbox, estimates, invoices, and related features.
- To send transactional messages (password help, invites, support replies).
- To keep the service secure, debug failures, and prevent abuse.
- To comply with law (for example, invoice records we must retain).
How we share it
We share information only as needed to run Olyve:
- Infrastructure. Hosting and databases on Google Cloud Platform.
- People you invite. A client who joins can see the jobs and messages that belong to them.
- Legal. If we are required by law, or to protect Axial Motion, users, or the public.
We do not share Olyve customer data with advertising networks.
Retention
We keep account and business data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data we are not legally required to keep, generally within 30 days. Invoices and similar records may be kept longer where tax or bookkeeping law requires it.
Your choices and deletion
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Apps that create accounts must also let you delete the account. Start that process at getolyve.com/delete-account or email andres@axialmotion.com from the address on the account. We will confirm when it is done.
If you are in a region with additional rights (for example GDPR or CCPA), we will honor those requests through the same contact.
Children
Olyve is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls on our servers. No method of storage is perfectly secure. Please use a strong unique password.
International processing
We may process data in the United States (Google Cloud) and wherever our operators work. If you use Olyve from another country, you understand that your information may be transferred there.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and the effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated policy.
