Terms of Service
Effective September 19, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Axial Motion for the Olyve mobile application, getolyve.com, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using Olyve, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Olyve is operations software for service businesses: clients, schedules, estimates, invoices, inbox, and related tools. It is currently offered in private beta. Features, availability, and pricing may change.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you must use Olyve for a business, not as a consumer social app.
Your data
You own the client lists, schedules, messages, estimates, and invoices you enter. You grant Axial Motion a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to store information about your own customers (names, phones, addresses) in Olyve.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Break the law or store data you have no right to store.
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Share your login in a way that lets an unauthorized person use it.
- Use Olyve to spam or harass people.
Fees
Private beta may be free. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price before you subscribe. App Store and Google Play purchases are also governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms.
App stores
If you download Olyve from Apple or Google, that store’s rules also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the Service. Support is provided by Axial Motion, not by Apple or Google.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Axial Motion is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Olyve in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits; they apply only as far as the law allows.
Termination
You may stop using Olyve and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or creates risk for other users. After deletion, sections that should survive (including liability limits and ownership of your pre-existing data backups you exported) continue to apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date on this page. If a change is material, we will try to notify you by email or in the app.
