Download or share an invoice PDF

Preview a customer's invoice, save it to Files, send it, or print it.

Every invoice includes a PDF copy.

Preview

Open the invoice and tap Preview. Olyve prepares the document and displays it in the app. If it cannot load, tap Retry.

Download

Tap Download PDF. Your phone opens its share sheet, where you can:

• Save the PDF to Files.
• Send it through Mail, Messages, or another app.
• Print it.

The filename begins with Invoice_ followed by the invoice number, such as Invoice_INV-12-2026-004.pdf.

You can also open View Invoice from a calendar visit and tap Download PDF without leaving the day.

What the PDF is

The document includes your saved business details, invoice and due dates, the client, service or line items, subtotal, tax, total, total due, and notes. A Paid row appears after payment; the PDF does not show a separate Paid or Unpaid status badge.

This is the invoice you send your customer. Receipts for your own Olyve subscription are under Billing & Plan → Billing history.
