Find a payment

Review recorded payments by client, number, date, method, or source.

Open My Payments from Home for a record of money you have already received. New payments are recorded from an invoice or completed visit, not from this list.

The list

Each row shows the payment number, date, amount, client, method, notes, and whether it is From Invoice or a Direct Payment. Tap View payment to open the full record and its related invoice or visit.

Find one

Search by payment number or client name. Amounts are not part of the payment search. Use Start Date and End Date to filter by payment date, and Clear to remove the range.

Olyve shows 50 payments at a time. Use Prev and Next to move between pages.

The search icon on Home can also find payments by number or client and open the same detail screen.

There is no + New on this screen. A payment always starts from the work it pays for, so the amount stays attached to an invoice or a visit.
