Ask for a review

Send a personal request with your Google, Yelp, or website link.

Open Request a Review from Home. You can also use Request Review on a completed, invoiced, or paid visit; Olyve selects that client for you.

Before you send

From Home, tap your photo → My Information. Under Reviews:

1. Write the message you want clients to receive.
2. Use {name} for the client's name and {business} for your business name.
3. Add at least one Google, Yelp, or website link.
4. Tap Save.

If you leave the message blank, Olyve uses a polite default thank-you. A link is still required. The review screen offers Add review links if none are saved.

Pick a client

Search for the client and tap their name. Olyve fills the saved placeholders and shows a preview. The label beside the name tells you whether they are On Olyve.

Two ways to send

Share or copy opens your phone's share sheet. Choose Messages, WhatsApp, Mail, or copy the text. This works for every client and lets you choose the best way to reach them.

Send in Olyve adds the request to your conversation with that client. It is available only when the client is On Olyve.
