The work
View a visit
See the service, date, price, notes, invoice, payment, and current status.
Tap a visit on the calendar to open it. The header shows the service name and scheduled date. This is the record for one stop: who it was for, what you did, when it happened, and whether you were paid.

The Details tab includes:

- Current status

Tap an invoice or payment to open its full record.
Understand the status
- Scheduled — the visit is still waiting to be completed.
- Completed — you marked the work as done.
- Cancelled — the visit was cancelled.
- Skipped — the visit was skipped. This status may appear on an existing record, but it is not currently available in Update Status.
- Invoiced — an unpaid invoice is connected to the visit.
- Paid — payment has been recorded.
Invoiced and Paid are automatic. Once either applies, Olyve locks the visit status so the billing record stays consistent.
Change the price
While the visit is Scheduled, open Actions and tap Edit Visit Price. The new price is used when you create the invoice.
The price can only be edited when the visit is connected to a service on that client. If the action is unavailable, open the client and check that the service is assigned.
What clients see
Clients can open their visits from My Schedule. They see Details and History, including invoices and payments connected to their work. Provider-only actions—changing a price, completing work, invoicing, and recording payment—are hidden.
For the next step after a visit, see Complete and bill a visit.
